CAD Draughtsman / Interior Designer

Role Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and experienced CAD Draughtsman/Interior Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for translating architectural concepts into precise, execution-ready drawings, ensuring every detail from structure to interiors is accurately documented.

Responsibilities:

• Produce detailed architectural drawings—including plans, sections, elevations, and site layouts—using CAD software.
• Develop comprehensive electrical, plumbing, and interior detailing drawings.
• Create precise built-in furniture drawings and custom joinery details.
• Ensure all documentation is clear, accurate, and ready for onsite execution.
• Collaborate with architects and site teams to resolve technical challenges.
• Adhere to project timelines while maintaining high-quality output.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–10 years of professional experience in architectural CAD drafting.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of SketchUp or Revit is a plus.
• Strong experience in structural details, sections, elevations, and interior detailing.
• Ability to deliver execution-ready documentation within set deadlines.
• Keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of construction and interior documentation.
