CAD Operator

Job Description

We are looking for a CAD Operator / Draftsman to prepare accurate technical drawings and layouts for ongoing projects. The ideal candidate should have strong AutoCAD skills, attention to detail, and experience working with consultants, engineers, and site teams in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings (architectural / interior / MEP / shop drawings as applicable)
• Revise drawings based on engineer, designer, or client feedback
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and local authority standards
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors
• Maintain organized drawing records and revision control
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings
• Support site teams with technical drawings when required

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
• Fresher in UAE as a CAD Operator / Draftsman
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Knowledge of UAE construction standards is an advantage
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in interior fit-out / construction / MEP is a plus

Preferred Skills (Optional – adjust if needed)

• Experience with 3D software (SketchUp, Revit, etc.)
• Basic understanding of BOQ and specifications

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
