Job specification
1. Expertise / Occupational Qualification / Special Knowledge

- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering

- 4-7 Years work experience in the construction Industry

- Licensed Architect, LEED GA, PEM

- Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit

- Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Well-developed drafting skills

- Strong technical understanding

- Commercial understanding

- Adhering to regulations

- Fluent in English

- Meeting targets and deadlines
