About the Position

We are seeking a creative CAD/BIM Engineer to join our multidisciplinary design team working across various projects spanning modular systems, manufacturing optimization, and product development. This role involves close collaboration with Electronics, Electrical, and Software teams to design integrated systems and optimize manufacturing processes for multiple technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design modular systems across multiple projects including solar installations and industrial equipment
• Create 3D models for various applications including energy systems and manufacturing components
• Develop enclosures and structural components for Electronics team hardware designs
• Collaborate with Electrical engineers on infrastructure layout and electrical housing design
• Work with Software teams on manufacturing optimization tools and design automation
• Partner with Electronics teams on PCB enclosures and sensor housing design
• Optimize manufacturing processes across different project requirements using 3D printing and laser cutting
• Create assembly instructions and technical documentation for multiple product lines
• Develop component libraries for standardized systems across various projects
• Participate in cross-functional design reviews and project coordination meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360)
• Understanding of solar energy systems and components
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (3D printing, laser cutting)
• Appreciation for modular design principles
• Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills
• Fresh graduate or 0-2 years of professional experience
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

• BIM experience (Revit, Navisworks)
• Solar PV system design knowledge
• Structural analysis capabilities
• Manufacturing optimization experience
• Renewable energy project experience
