Description:
The CAD/CAM Designer will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality crowns and other restorations using digital technology. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for innovation in dentistry.
Key Responsibilities

Design crowns, bridges, and other fixed restorations using CAD/CAM software (3Shape or Exocad).

Operate and maintain dental scanners, milling machines, and 3D printers.

Collaborate with dentists and clinical teams to ensure accurate, esthetic, and functional results.

Stain, glaze, and finish restorations when needed.

Maintain quality standards and meet production timelines.

Assist in optimizing workflows for our in-house lab.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Dental Lab Technician or CAD/CAM Designer (crowns/bridges required; implant and removable knowledge is a plus).

Proficiency with dental design software (3Shape or Exocad).

Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and materials.

Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
