CAD/CAM Designer + CNC Machine Operator (R & D Dept.) (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed 2D and 3D designs using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Develop and optimize CAM programs for CNC machining operations.
• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines (milling, turning, etc.).
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications accurately.
• Ensure product quality through proper measurement tools and inspection techniques.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with the production and engineering teams for process improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation of designs, programs, and production data.

Skills:

· Diploma / DAE or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.

· Minimum 2–4 years of experience in CAD/CAM design and CNC machine operation.

· Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Solid Works, Power Shape, CADCAM) can also operate the CNC machine.

· Strong understanding of machining processes, tools, and materials.

· Hands-on experience with CNC machines and G-code programming.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

· Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of engineering science and technology

· Ability to work independently

Qualification:

· DAE Diploma (optional) or Programming course from a recognized institute or equivalent education

· 2+ years hand-on experience in any manufacturing industry.
