Be part of the action where guests are welcomed by a full bakery case of fresh breads, pastries, and sweet treats. You’ll guide them through their selections, package their favorites, and prepare handcrafted espresso-based beverages along the way.

This is a fast-paced, high-energy shop—especially during our busiest days—where staying positive, organized, and guest-focused makes all the difference.

What You’ll Do

• Create a warm, guest-first experience with every interaction
• Guide guests through our bakery case—suggesting favorites and helping them discover something new
• Pull items from the case and package them neatly and efficiently
• Prepare and serve espresso-based beverages
• Operate the register and complete transactions accurately
• Keep the bakery case stocked, rotated, and visually appealing
• Restock products, supplies, and merchandise throughout the shift
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace (counters, equipment, displays)
• Follow food safety and freshness standards
• Support other Castle Shop locations as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, positive, and genuinely enjoys interacting with guests
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to stay organized and keep up during busy rushes
• Strong attention to detail when packaging and preparing items
• Team player willing to jump in and help where needed
• Reliable and ready to work
• Barista, retail, or food service experience is helpful—but we will train
