Cafe Concept: An All-Women Concept Cafe

Location: Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

This is a 1 month temporary contract from 1st week of June to 1st week of July, 2026.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and skilled Barista to join our team for a temporary 1 month contract. As the face of our cafe, you will be responsible for crafting and serving delicious coffee and other beverages with a focus on quality and presentation. You will also play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about coffee, enjoys interacting with people, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (espresso-based, brewed, etc.), teas, and other beverages according to cafe standards and customer requests.
• Operate and maintain coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and other necessary tools.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using the POS system.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and friendly experience for every guest.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar, seating area, and service stations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations.
• Restock supplies and inform management when inventory is low.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
• Stay updated on new coffee trends and techniques.
• Engage with customers and build rapport.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Barista.
• Excellent knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of coffee beverages consistently and to a high standard.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and a passion for coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
