Café Crew Member

We’re hiring part-time Café Crew Members at Campagna Café & Coffee Roasters.

We’re looking for personable, hardworking team members who take pride in their work and enjoy being part of a fast-moving, community-focused environment.

This role includes a mix of:

• Barista shifts.
• Farmers markets and seasonal events.
• Private dinners and special experiences.
• Cleaning, stocking, and general café support.
• Helping wherever needed throughout the day.

No two days are the same, and all required training will be provided.

Details:

• Part-time: Hours depend on interest and availability. We’re happy to have cafe crew members work anywhere from 8 - 32 hours per week.
• Pay: $15/hour plus tips (approximately equating to $18-22 / hr)
• Friendly, team-oriented environment with room to grow.
