Cafe Associate

Zone Health & Fitness is seeking a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Café Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for preparing smoothies and coffee, maintaining a clean and organized café environment, stocking inventory, and providing excellent customer service to our members and guests.

Daily Operations

• Prepare smoothies, coffee, and Grab & Go items

• Maintain cleanliness of the café, kitchen, counters, and smoothie stations

• Wash dishes and sanitize equipment throughout the shift

• Restock smoothie supplies, cups, lids, powders, and purees

• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs

• Assist with stocking snacks, protein balls, and meal prep items

• Follow opening and closing cleaning procedures

• Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere for members and guests

Duties

• Brew coffee

• Stock smoothie station and Grab & Go area

• Clean smoothie machines and equipment

• Check inventory levels

• Sweep and mop kitchen floors

• Restock smoothie supplies and purees

• Clean smoothie stations and café equipment

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented

• Basic computer knowledge preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

• Food service or café experience is a plus, but not required

Position Details

• Part-Time

• On-site

• Monday through Thursday

• Evening hours from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM

• Compensation 14.00 an hour
