About Pop Life:
Pop Life is a vibrant and holistic health and wellness establishment. Our cafe, Nourish at Pop Life, is dedicated to providing our community with nutritious, delicious, and sustainably sourced food and beverages. Our menu features smoothies, smoothie bowls, artisan toasts, wraps, greens, grains, and a variety of health-boosting snacks and beverages. We believe in the transformative power of nourishment and strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all.

We're Looking for a Cafe Associate Who:

• Is enthusiastic about promoting a healthy, wellness-centered lifestyle.
• Has some experience in a cafe or restaurant setting, with an interest in food preparation and customer service.
• Is proactive, reliable, and capable of working independently, including opening or closing the cafe when necessary.
• Exhibits excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to ensure a positive experience for our customers.
• Is eager to learn and grow, taking on a variety of tasks from food preparation to maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily cafe operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Assist in the preparation of our menu items under the guidance of our chef, including smoothies, smoothie bowls, wraps, and grain bowls.
• Provide outstanding customer service, from taking orders to ringing out customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the cafe space, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Be flexible and willing to take on various roles within the cafe as needed, contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment.

Employment Details:

• Part-time position, estimated at 6 - 30 hours per week.
• Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
• Located in the vibrant Waterloo Arts & Entertainment District of Cleveland, Ohio.
