Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take accurate orders for beverages and retail intems, including specialty drinks if barista experience is applicable
• Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
• Barista experience is a plus
• Background in hospitality or catering will be advantageous
