Cafe Barista, $22-26/hour including tips

The Brookside Roasterie is looking for a fun person who is interested in learning more about coffee, engaging with their local communities, and working in a fast-paced, genuinely positive environment. We are proud to have provided exceptional service to the Brookside neighborhood and all visitors for twenty years, and look forward to doing so for many more years to come! Responsibilities

• Efficiently prepare an array of drinks that meet our high standards
• Provide exemplary customer service in all aspects of the operation
• Cleaning duties including bathrooms, floors, drains, and dishes
• Maintain open communication with supervisors and coworkers
• Exhibit POS system proficiency and basic cash handling skills

A note on the listed pay range: our starting barista base rate is $11.50/hour. Tips range from $12-15 an hour.
