Cafe Barista/Cashier

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for coffee, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to create a positive and engaging experience for our customers. As a Barista, you will play a key role in crafting and serving delicious coffee beverages, educating customers about our products, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency.

Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately.

Educate customers about our coffee offerings and answer any questions they may have.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation and serving areas.

Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels.

Adhere to health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe and clean environment for both customers and staff.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Barista is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.

Passion for coffee and a desire to continually learn about different coffee varieties and brewing techniques.

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

Team player with a positive attitude

Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
