Cafe Chef

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and café items according to Nescafe Café standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries quickly and politely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including seating areas, counter, and equipment.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments accurately, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and reporting low-stock items.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality control guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to provide a smooth and efficient café experience.

• Qualification
• Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or customer-service role is preferred (but not always required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus.
