Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and café items according to Nescafe Café standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries quickly and politely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including seating areas, counter, and equipment.
- Operate the cash register, handle payments accurately, and follow cash-handling procedures.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and reporting low-stock items.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality control guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide a smooth and efficient café experience.
- Qualification
- Prior experience in a café, restaurant, or customer-service role is preferred (but not always required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation is a plus.
