Job Offer: Junior Cafe Chef (Morning Shift)

We are looking for a Junior Cafe Chef who is passionate about food, eager to grow, and ready to take responsibility in the kitchen. This role is ideal for someone with ambition, focus, and a strong willingness to learn and develop.

Position: Junior Cafe Chef

Shift Timing: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Off Days: 1 day per week

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare food items ahead of service (mise en place)

* Cook breakfast items, especially all types of eggs (omelets, scrambled, poached, etc.)

* Prepare sandwiches, wraps, and light cafe meals

* Assist in dessert preparation and plating (cakes, waffles, French toast, etc.)

* Follow recipe cards and maintain consistency in taste and presentation

* Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and ready at all times

* Check product expiration dates and ensure proper food storage

* Monitor kitchen inventory and prepare orders at least 2 days in advance

* Follow instructions from the manager and support overall kitchen operations

* Comply with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

* Basic kitchen or cafe experience preferred

* Valid health certificate

* Willingness to learn and grow in the role

* Strong focus, discipline, and attention to detail

* Ability to work under pressure during busy hours

* Good teamwork and communication skills
