Waitstaff

The ideal candidate must have a passion for people and providing word-class customer service. Our Waitstaff is at the heart of our team, and must be attentive, responsive, warm, and be able to anticipate our customer’s needs.

Responsibilities:

• Great guests and make them feel comfortable
• Take beverage and food orders
• Maintain accurate knowledge of food, beer, and mixed drink prices and offerings
• Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner
• Check-in with guests often to ensure that they are having a great experience
• Clear dirty dishes from table
• Deliver guest’s bill and thank them for visiting our establishment
• Work with other servers and be a team player

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to think quickly and thrive in a very high-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of beer and mixed drinks
• Effective communication skills with guests and staff
• Team player
• Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
• Ability to move quickly and remain on feet for extended periods of time
• Good organizational skills
• Basic math skills

Experience Required:

• High School diploma or G.E.D
• 1 - 2 years experience at a restaurant or nightclub

Work Environment:

• Restaurant and night club environment
• Nights, weekends and holidays expected

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
