Broadway Court Estates is looking for a Server to work in our Cafe!

Broadway Court Estates is a family-owned retirement community dedicated to providing an exceptional senior living experience. We are seeking a friendly, hardworking, and attentive Café Server to support our senior community. Our team works closely with tenants and other departments to uphold our company’s commitment to outstanding service and quality.

Position Summary
The Café Server is responsible for serving lunch to our tenants, supporting daily operations of the 50’s Café, and assisting with dinner service in the dining room. Duties include breakfast breakdown, breakfast & lunch service, dinner service support, restocking, ongoing cleaning and sanitation, salad bar prep, and dishwashing. This role involves regular interaction with our active senior population and requires a kind, courteous, and professional demeanor.

Schedule

Friday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Tuesday & Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (dinner service in the dining room)

Responsibilities

· Greet and serve guests while providing a memorable dining experience through prompt and accurate service

· Set up and restock food stations (e.g., breakfast, salad bar)

· Serve breakfast & lunch in the Café

· Assist with dinner service in the dining room

· Wash dishes and maintain kitchen cleanliness

· Clean and sanitize tables, surfaces, and food service areas

· Maintain the facility’s cleanliness and sanitation standards

· Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

· Follow instructions and accept direction from supervisors

· Communicate effectively with coworkers and management

Requirements

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Friendly, attentive, and committed to high standards of hospitality

· Enjoys working in a senior community

· Willingness to learn—we will train the right person!
