We are looking for hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest service. What to Expect

  • Share your thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu to answer all questions from guests and the team
  • expertly preparing hot/cold drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, teas, smoothies) according to recipes, including grinding, tamping, and brewing
  • Assembling dine-in and take-out cafe menu items
  • Inputs all orders into the POS system accurately
  • Clear and reset tables when needed
  • Demonstrate an understanding of our steps of service
  • Engage in communication and active listening to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
  • Perform opening and closing side work
  • Responsible for monitoring, restocking, and replenishing service item par levels, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure work area complies with health codes at all times

You Should Have

  • Energetic, outgoing, and sincere about providing hospitality.
  • Experience working in a high-volume restaurant and cafe environment
  • Strong ability to work under pressure while maintaining a graceful, warm presence.
  • Motivated to continue learning
  • Maintain an understanding of the proper steps of service required of all FOH service positions
  • Creating delicious smoothies, bowls, and juices
  • Prepping our menu offerings with detail and care
  • A high level of interest in wellness and nutrition

PHYSICAL AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • Must be able to stand or walk a minimum of eight hours
  • Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations
  • Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb, and carry objects as necessary
  • Must be able to lift to 25 pounds
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing high noise levels, bright lights, and dust, and communicate during this time – sometimes within a small area
  • Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes
