Cafe Della is a small Cafe in Hailey, ID. We are professional, supportive, engaging and our goal is to serve delicious food to our customers in a welcoming environment. We serve baked goods, breakfast, lunch, prepared foods and we have a retail section (wines, crackers, tinned fish, coffee, etc). Our Front of House team is engaging with customers, efficient, and communicates well.

Hailey is located in the Wood River Valley just south of Sun Valley. If you love the outdoors (skiing, biking, hiking, camping, etc) and a small mountain town pace of life, there is no better place to be!

**Note: the pay amount includes Tips.

Cafe Della is open between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM. All applicants must be available during lunch hours.

Cafe Della is looking for a full-time Front of House Cafe Team Lead who is energetic, positive, and excited to join our team in Hailey, ID!

Responsibilities:

• We have 3 positions that we rotate daily: Interact with customers at the POS, make coffees and drinks to order, and run food to tables, bus tables, and stock shelves.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Work with a sense of urgency to fulfill customer needs.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and customers.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of the Front of House, including but not limited to clearing the prep area and sanitizing workstations.
• Main support for FOH manager, including but not limited to, retail organization, re-stocking, assisting with ordering, and social media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
