Cafe Team Member –Part Time

Moore Cafe is looking for a friendly, reliable, and energetic team member to join our cafe in Denver. If you love connecting with people, working with great baked goods, and being part of a small, mission-driven team, this is for you.

What You’ll Do:

This role supports all cafe operations and may include both opening and closing shifts, as well as independent work.

• Pick up baked goods from our kitchen and transport them to the cafe before opening
• Set up the pastry case, coffee bar, and merch area
• Make coffee drinks and prep sandwiches
• Serve customers with warmth, attention, and a smile
• Process transactions using our POS (cash, card, Apple Pay, etc.)
• Keep the cafe stocked, clean, and organized
• Close down the cafe, clean, and secure the space

You Should Be:

• A people person who enjoys chatting with customers and building community
• Detail-oriented and good with time management
• Comfortable on your feet for 4–8 hours and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• A safe driver (for occasional product pick-ups)
• Reliable, punctual, and communicative
• Available for weekday and weekend shifts (32-40 hours per week)
• Bonus: Food service or coffee experience is great, but not required

Schedule & Perks:

• Flexible schedule with both weekday and weekend shifts available

Pay: $16/hr + tips (average total $22-$24/hr)
