Compensation

• $20-$21 HOURLY WITH YOUR HOURLY PAY, CREDIT TIPS, AND CASH TIPS
• MUST BE AVAILABLE SUNDAYS 8am-2pm
• MUST WORK AT LEAST 2 SHIFTS A WEEK
• THIS IS NOT A SEASONAL JOB

We are seeking enthusiastic person to join our team at Honey Bean Café. All employees will be cross-trained to work in every area of the café, from the register to the drinks, to the kitchen, ensuring flexibility and teamwork. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, prepare delicious food and beverages, and help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders, and operate the POS system with accuracy
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, lattes, smoothies, and juices.
• Crossing training with preparing sandwiches, prep work, baking and general kitchen will be provided

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude with a focus on customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Prior food service or café experience is helpful but not required—training provided
• Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to learn all areas of café operations
