Duties

• Prepare a variety of fresh smoothies, snacks, and light food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS systems and cash handling with accuracy
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food handling and ensuring the café remains inviting and organized during shifts
• Support team members in daily operations to ensure quick service and a positive atmosphere
