Cafe Team Member

ELIO Coffee is a modern specialty coffee shop focused on quality, hospitality, creativity, and community. We’re building a welcoming café experience with exceptional coffee, premium ingredients, great energy, and a strong attention to detail. ELIO is designed to be a stylish, community-driven space where people genuinely enjoy spending time.

We’re looking for positive, outgoing, and energetic Team Members who love interacting with people and creating memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with warmth, positivity, and professionalism
• Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere for guests
• Take customer orders accurately using the POS system
• Prepare and serve drinks and food items according to café standards
• Support baristas during busy periods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café
• Restock cups, milk, syrups, pastries, and café supplies
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Help maintain a clean, aesthetic, and inviting café environment
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and customer service at all times
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth daily operations

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Friendly, energetic, and positive personality
• Naturally welcoming with a smile and strong hospitality mindset
• Ability to engage with customers and create a great café experience
• Fun-loving attitude with strong team energy
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy hours
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous café, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Passion for hospitality, coffee culture, and community is a plus
