Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, matcha, smoothies, juices, and specialty beverages
• Assist with food preparation and kitchen production
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Take customer orders and handle POS transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café and kitchen
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Restock ingredients, supplies, and inventory as needed
• Wash dishes and support overall kitchen operations
• Work collaboratively with all team members to keep operations running smoothly

Qualifications

• Hospitality, barista, kitchen, or food service experience preferred
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Willingness to learn and help wherever needed
• Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physically active tasks
• Morning and weekend availability is a plus
