CAFÉ TEAM MEMBERS – BARISTA, SHIFT LEADER, BARISTA LEAD & DISTRICT LEADER

Positions Available:

• Barista
• Shift Leader
• Barista Lead
• District Leader

We are hiring motivated, customer-focused team members to join our growing café team. We are looking for individuals who enjoy providing excellent service, working in a fast-paced environment, and supporting a positive team culture.

Pay:

Barista: $16.00/Hour + Tips & Commission
Shift Leader: $20.00/Hour + Commission
Barista Lead: $18.00/Hour + Tips + Commission
District Leader: $67,000/Year + Bonus Opportunities

BARISTA QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous barista, café, restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred
• Experience working with espresso machines is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and flexible availability highly preferred
• Must be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

SHIFT LEADER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail, or coffee preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead with professionalism and emotional intelligence
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to support daily operations and team performance
• Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience preferred

BARISTA LEAD QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in barista, café, restaurant, retail, or hospitality
• Experience with espresso machines is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to support and guide team members
• Weekend and flexible availability highly preferred
• Full-time availability required
• Must be available mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

DISTRICT LEADER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred
• Coffee, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or food service experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to hold teams accountable while building a positive workplace culture
• Strong understanding of operations, sales, service, labor, and customer experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing company
• Ability to travel between assigned locations as needed
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
