Cafe Team Member (Full-Time / Part-Time) – Long-Term Opportunity

NOW HIRING: 4 Full & Part-Time Team Members (15–40 hrs/week)

IMPORTANT:
We are specifically hiring for team members looking for a long-term position (minimum 12–24 months).
This is not a temporary or transitional role. If you are between jobs, exploring options, or unsure of your long-term availability, this will not be the right fit.

This is a hands-on role where all team members are cross-trained and expected to contribute across multiple areas. Many of our team members stay long-term and grow into leadership roles. We are building a core team, not a revolving door.

Schedule & Location Needs:

• Easthampton: Currently hiring part-time team members available for 11:00am–6:45pm shifts, at least 3–4 days per week
• Northampton: Hiring full-time and part-time team members
• Some 7:00am–2:00pm shifts available
• Also hiring for 10:00am starts and 1:00pm–5:45pm shifts

Flexibility is required. Availability across multiple shift times is strongly preferred.

What You’ll Do:
All team members are cross-trained in our three main positions:

• Customer Specialist (barista, order taking, dishes)
• Food Artisan (preparing bowls, toasts & rolls)
• Juice Master (smoothies, juices, specialty drinks)

You’ll stay active, learn multiple skills, and work closely with a team that values consistency, teamwork, and high standards.
