Cafe Team Member - Zion Wildflower Resort

Job Summary

We’re looking for someone friendly, reliable, and comfortable working independently in our on-site café. As a Café Team Member, you’ll prepare made-to-order drinks, maintain a clean environment, and create warm connections with guests starting or ending their adventures near Zion.

This position is seasonal, and many shifts may be solo, so confidence and self-direction are important. Café team members also receive tips, giving you the opportunity to earn above your hourly rate

Responsibilities

  • Prepare coffee, drinks, and light food items
  • Greet and interact with guests in a warm, welcoming way
  • Maintain café cleanliness, restock items, and follow food safety basics
  • Assist with inventory and ordering
  • Handle POS transactions and follow opening/closing procedures
  • Drive golf carts for guest deliveries when needed
  • Assist other departments when possible
  • Support a positive, team-centered environment

Requirements

  • Friendly, calm, and great with people
  • Able to work independently
  • Comfortable standing and lifting up to 40 lbs
  • Basic café/coffee experience is helpful but not required
  • Weekend availability
  • Reliable and organized

Schedule

  • Seasonal resort: Closed December–January, reopens February
  • 15–25 hours per week
  • Shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on occupancy
  • Mix of solo and team shifts

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
