Cafeteria Food Service Aide

Job Summary
St. Thomas More School in Munster, IN is seeking a dependable and team-oriented Cafeteria Food Service Aide to support daily meal service for students and staff. Responsibilities

Assist with preparing and assembling food items

· Serve meals to students and staff in an efficient and friendly manner

· Set up and clean up cafeteria serving lines and dining areas

· Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and cafeteria

· Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

· Help monitor students during lunch periods to ensure a safe environment

· Restock food and supplies as needed

Qualification

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

· Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Pay: From $13.50 per hour
