CAFM Administrator

We are hiring CAFM Administrator, responsible for the governance, configuration, and data integrity of the CAFM system. The role enables effective asset management, contractor performance, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize CAFM modules including assets, locations, PPM, work orders, inventory, and workflows.
• Govern CAFM master data quality, standards, bulk imports, and ongoing data validation.
• Develop dashboards and reports (Power BI) to monitor asset performance, SLAs, KPIs, and maintenance efficiency.
• Act as the CAFM focal point for contractors and internal users, providing training and system support.
• Ensure CAFM compliance with contracts, audits, and integration with ERP, BIM, and related systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Asset Management, or related discipline.
• 6-8yrs experience administering and configuring CAFM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Hard FM assets, PPM strategies, work order workflows, and SLA/KPI management.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred).
• Experience with Rosmiman/MRI CAFM platforms; BIM/COBie exposure is an advantage.
