CAFM Administrator / Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage the CAFM system (e.g., ARCHIBUS, IBM TRIRIGA, Planon, Maximo) to track maintenance activities, assets, and work orders
• Create, assign, and close work orders for maintenance and repair requests
• Update and maintain asset registers, preventive maintenance schedules, and equipment histories
• Generate reports on work order status, asset performance, and maintenance costs for management review
• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors through the CAFM platform
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely entry into the CAFM system
• Assist in system audits, upgrades, and user training
• Support compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards through CAFM data monitoring
• Liaise with various departments to facilitate smooth workflow and information sharing
• Maintain confidentiality and security of CAFM data and systems

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience working with CAFM or CMMS systems in the UAE or GCC
• Strong knowledge of CAFM software such as ARCHIBUS, IBM TRIRIGA, Planon, Maximo, or similar platforms
• Good understanding of facilities management processes, preventive maintenance, and asset management
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic database management
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good command of English (both written and spoken); Arabic is a plus
