Café /Barista job– Kids Indoor Playground

We are a family-friendly indoor playground in Laguna Hills looking for a Café Associate to join our team. This role includes greeting guests, operating the café counter, supporting party events, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
• Operate POS systems to process transactions accurately and swiftly
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience
• Stock supplies, food prep, and maintain freshness of ingredients
• Support the team with general cafe operations such as food presentation, serving, and ensuring quick service

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or currently enrolled in high school
• Weekend shift preferred
• Barista experience is a huge plus
• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or café environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
• Knowledge of food safety protocols and sanitation standards is beneficial for maintaining a safe environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
