WE'RE HIRING, CAFÉ TEAM MEMBER

$20+ per hour ($17 base + tips)
25+ hours/week | 7 AM, 3:00 PM

We're a genuine community haven in Tillamook. We brew exceptional organic coffee and make real food from scratch with genuine intention. Our team actually cares about customers and each other.

We're looking for someone with energy, kindness, and attention to detail. You love people, you care about the small things that make someone's day better, and you take pride in great work.

What you'll do:

• Greet guests and take orders with genuine warmth
• Deliver food and drinks with care
• Keep the space clean, stocked, and welcoming
• Work with a tight team that supports each other

What we're looking for:

• Natural kindness and enthusiasm
• High energy and a love for busy, dynamic shifts
• Attention to detail (you notice the little things)
• Café, barista, or restaurant experience is a plus, but your attitude matters most
• Weekend availability
