We are looking for a Calibration Lab Technician to join our growing team. This role will play a vital part in maintaining precision standards, ensuring compliance with ISO certifications, and supporting the expansion of our calibration services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the accuracy and integrity of all test and measuring instrument in the company.
• Update and prepare calibration report
• Perform calibration of all test and measuring equipment based on their corresponding specification
• Perform calibration of the equipment
• Issue calibration reports
• Provide technical recommendation and suggestion to develop and organize the calibration program procedure and control system
• Control, maintain, and update equipment history files
• Develop/revise the procedures using the necessary latest test and calibration equipment
• Support in terms of technical problems such as repair and troubleshooting of instrument/equipment
• Establish an audit and documentation system to guarantee that top-level quality calibration services are provided
• Oversee the day-to-day systems management, in-house procedures, and housekeeping requirements for the Calibration Laboratory.
• Assist in market analysis, sales and operating plans and budgetary input with the aim of growing a profitable business.
• Help develop ISO 17025 accreditation & maintain ISO 9001:2015
• Administrative tasks (i.e. Data inputs / report preparation and filing).

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Certificate in any Discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation) or Equivalent =Fresh Graduate
• Prior experience in calibration of test and measuring instruments (preferably in an ISO 17025 environment).
• Strong knowledge of calibration standards, equipment, and procedures.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for technical equipment.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 17025 standards.
• Strong organizational, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
