California Limited-Scope, Flat-Fee Education Code Hearing OAH Assistant or Attorney

The client seeks an experienced California attorney or non-attorney to provide limited-scope representation or assistance in a dismissal proceeding initiated under Education Code §§ 87666–87683. The client has already requested a hearing pursuant to Ed. Code § 87673 and Gov. Code § 11506. This individual will represent, assist, coach, or prepare the client exclusively for the administrative dismissal hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH).

Many faculty members self-represent in these hearings, and the client is already well-prepared, has completed most of the substantive writing and legal research, and primarily needs targeted support—especially because English is not her first language.

This is a flat-fee, limited-engagement role—not necessarily an attorney role.
