Call Agent

We’re hiring Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Calling Agents to join our team at AMG Digital Solutions.

We’re looking for candidates with prior customer service or call center experience (ideally those who have worked on DME campaigns) who can communicate confidently, handle customers professionally, and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Campaign: DME

Position: Experienced CSR Agents (Multiple Positions)

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal Block 3, Karachi (On-Site)

Timings: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday (Full Time - On Site)

Salary: PKR 30,000 starting
