Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Specialist located in Giza. The Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling customer support inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and efficiently managing contact center operations. Daily tasks include assisting customers via phone and email, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.


Qualifications


  • Customer Support and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working in Contact Centers
  • Strong Computer Literacy
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • university graduates
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • Salary: 22k Gross
