Call Agent – International Sales (Female Candidates Only)

Job Summary

We are seeking confident and experienced Female Sales Call Agents for our US campaigns.
The ideal candidate must have a fluent English accent and strong closing skills.
You should be comfortable appearing on camera when required to build client trust and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to US-based businesses.
• Handle inbound inquiries from US clients.
• Present company services confidently and professionally.
• Conduct video calls with prospects when required.
• Negotiate, persuade, and close sales deals.
• Maintain accurate CRM and client records.
• Follow up with qualified leads consistently.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US-based campaigns.
• Fluent English with a clear and professional accent.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Confident, bold, and presentable personality.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for client meetings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in basic computer and CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling IT, digital, or SaaS services.
• Familiarity with US business culture and sales practices.
• Experience with Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.
• Prior B2B sales experience is a plus.
