About the Role

ZRS Cars Trading is looking for a motivated and professional Call Agent to join our growing sales team. The role involves handling incoming leads, conducting follow-up calls, and converting prospects into customers. We provide you with calling software and a consistent flow of qualified leads—your responsibility is to engage, build trust, and close sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming calls and company-provided leads.
• Conduct follow-up calls and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
• Present ZRS Cars Trading services persuasively to potential clients.
• Update lead status, call logs, and customer interactions in the system.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Proven experience in call handling, telesales, or customer service (sales experience preferred).
• Strong communication and sales skills with the ability to close deals.
• Must have:
• A reliable laptop/PC
• Stable internet connection
• Mic & headset with clear call quality
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Fluency in English and Urdu (Arabic is an advantage).

Compensation

• Base Salary: PKR 45,000/month
• Commission: Attractive performance-based incentives
