Call Center Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound calls. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive brand image through every interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and/or make outbound calls to customers
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
- Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines
- Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times
Requirements
- Female candidate only
- Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken)
- Visa 18 (Normal)
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Sales or call center experience is a plus
- Provide information about products/services and answer inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Support the sales team to improve conversions

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month
