Call Center Representative

Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound calls. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a positive brand image through every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and/or make outbound calls to customers
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
  • Follow company procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone at all times

Requirements

  • Female candidate only
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken)
  • Visa 18 (Normal)
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Sales or call center experience is a plus
  • Provide information about products/services and answer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Support the sales team to improve conversions
  • immediate joiner only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD300.000 - KD400.000 per month
