Role Description

This is a full time on site role based in Riyadh for a Call Center Representative. The role involves responding to incoming inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, and addressing the needs and concerns of clients effectively. The representative will be responsible for managing communications through phone, email, or chat, recording client requests, following up on any unresolved issues, and ensuring a seamless experience in all interactions with the clinic's clients.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Customer Support, Customer Service, and Contact Centers
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer relations
• Proficiency in Computer Literacy and the ability to utilize systems and software effectively
• Proactive problem solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns with professionalism
• Work experience in the aesthetics or healthcare industry is a plus
