We are hiring a Customer Service / Call Center Agent / Sales Representative with a strong sales mindset to convert patient inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an excellent clinic experience. The role involves handling leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email; qualifying patient needs; recommending suitable treatments; following up to close bookings; and coordinating with doctors and clinic staff. Candidates must have proven experience in sales, client conversion, or call center operations, with aesthetic or medical clinic experience preferred.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
