Call Center Agent

We are hiring Call Center Agents for our international digital marketing campaign. The role includes handling outbound calls, providing information to customers, and maintaining accurate call records. Full training will be provided for freshers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers
• Deliver clear information about products/services
• Follow call scripts and company communication standards
• Maintain customer data in CRM or Google Sheets
• Provide excellent customer support and follow-ups
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
• Maintain professionalism during every customer interaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication
• Freshers encouraged; training provided
• Basic English speaking skills (plus point)
• Ability to handle calls confidently
• Basic computer and mobile handling
• Positive attitude, quick learning ability, and teamwork skills
