Location: Abu Dhabi / Dubai

Salary: 3,500 – 5,000 AED + Attractive Commission Structure

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Arabic-speaking Call Center Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients, providing information, and supporting the sales team to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing clients

Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries

Provide accurate information about services/products

Maintain CRM records and update client details

Work closely with the sales team to support conversions

Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, follow-ups, and lead generation

Requirements

Arabic speaker (mandatory)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to handle pressure and multitask

1-2 years Experience is a must

Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge

Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic
