Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Call Center Agents to join our vibrant sales team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, responsible for engaging with potential clients internationally to promote our services and drive new business. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the UK and US markets, introducing them to our SEO and digital marketing services.
• Clearly communicate the value of our services, customizing conversations to address individual client needs.
• Identify and qualify new sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
• Manage the initial sales process, from prospecting to setting appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.
• Strive to meet and exceed individual and team-based sales targets and KPIs.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Minimum Matric / O-Levels / Intermediate. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Language: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with a clear, professional, and easily understandable accent.
• Core Skills: Strong interpersonal, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Mindset: A results-driven attitude, resilience, and strong commitment to achieving goals.
• Experience: Prior experience in tele-sales, outbound call centers, or digital marketing is advantageous but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with outstanding communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Job Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (Full-time, On-site)
• Shift Timings (Choose One):
• UK Market Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM (PKT)
• US Market Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PKT)
• Location: Gulberg, Lahore office (On-site only. Remote work is not available).
