Call Center Agent

We’re Hiring: Call Center Agent (US Campaign)

Company: DevStax – Software Company

Location: 117-A1, New Garden Town, Lahore

Shift Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to US-based clients for digital marketing campaigns
• Generate leads and build client interest in company services
• Clearly explain products/services and handle basic client queries
• Maintain accurate call records and daily reports
• Follow company scripts and communication guidelines
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets

Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (verbal & listening)
• Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM or spreadsheets is a plus)
• Ability to work in night shift (US timing)
• Experience is a plus, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply
