Call Center Agent

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Agent to join our team.

Prior experience in call center campaigns is a plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling Outbound calls.

* Accurately documenting customer interactions and updating relevant systems

* Adhering to strict quality standards and performance metrics

* Working collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals

Qualifications:

* Excellent spoken English proficiency is a MUST

* Ability to work in a night shift environment

* Prior call center experience preferred but not mandatory.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Problem-solving and analytical abilities
