Position Overview
The Call Center Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing customer support, and ensuring efficient resolution of inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or outreach
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, or promotions
  • Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues when necessary
  • Document all customer interactions in the system
  • Follow communication scripts, procedures, and service standards
