Call Center AgentJob Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Patient Recruitment Agent to support our virtual call-center operations. In this role, you will engage with patients located in Italy who have expressed interest in participating in clinical trials. You’ll guide them through pre-screening questions, provide information, and help determine their eligibility for ongoing studies.
This is a remote, part-time opportunity, working mornings only, available to candidates that are fluent in Italian. The engagement is expected to last around three months, with potential extension depending on project workload. All communication will be with warm leads — no cold calling is involved.

Summary
The agent will be making approximately 10 calls per day in the morning for Italy (CET time zone). The agent does not have to live in Italy but must speak fluent Italian.Similar jobs
