Call Center Agent

Sand Dance Tyres Trading is seeking a customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, ( both Arabic and English ) strong customer handling abilities.

We are looking for candidates with Own visa/ spouse visa.

Salary Package: 2500-3500

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating appointments, resolving complaints, supporting sales activities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, pricing, and appointments
• Manage customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
• Follow up with customers regarding service updates and feedback
• Maintain accurate customer records and call logs in the system
• Support sales and promotional campaigns through customer communication
• Achieve call handling targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Ensure professional communication and company service standards are maintained

Requirements & Qualifications

• Freshers are also welcome to apply
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic is mandatory.
• Candidates with own visa/spouse visa preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure
• Good computer knowledge and experience using CRM systems
• Immediate joining is required.
